Title Project Manager
Location Murfreesboro, TN
Position Summary

Management of multi-site project deployments with accountability for the complete service lifecycle of the project. Project deployments are currently contained in a North American footprint for numerous commercial sites. The Project Manager works closely with the Senior Project Manager, other Project Managers and Project Coordinators to execute a consistent and successful project plan for all customer sites. The Project Manager also provides invoicing information for the project, and ensures that all post-installation activities are completed in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain multiple, simultaneous, plans involving multi-visit and multi-scoped projects and lead the team by delegating activities to the Rapid Response Team and Field Service Dispatchers. Communicate with the customer directly and problem solve related to multi-visit scoped projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform/facilitate client kick-off meetings and weekly status updates
  • Daily updates to clients and internal team members of project status and dependencies
  • Scheduling of project rollout based on geography or client needs
  • Creation of communication plans and updating scopes of work as required
  • Building flow charts to demonstrate service delivery lifecycle
  • Communicating technical resource needs to the Rapid Response team
  • Meeting client SLA’s and escalating both externally and internally when needed
  • Approving out of scope reimbursement to technicians
  • Creating guidelines for assignment acceptance and staffing
  • Supporting our clients with continuous improvement
  • Ensure gross profit margins maintained and/or improved during project lifecycle
  • Ensure that the department maintains cash flow by rapid completion and invoicing
  • Quickly provide clients with completed invoicing information matched to POs
  • Accountable to project timeliness, profitability, and quality
  • Most of all – Ensure the project meets the Ammacore client’s expectations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in Project Management methodology and tools
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel
• High level of proficiency in flow charting utilizing tools such as MS Visio
• Superior time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Negotiation skills


• Preferred experience in IT or telecommunications project management
• Experience managing national multi-site installs and rollouts
• Technical experience with networking, low voltage, video surveillance, digital signage, and similar products


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related field
