Prior to founding FGR Chris served in multiple Senior-Level roles with Best Buys, Pomeroy and ServiceLive. As Vice President of Provisional Services, he helped companies find and manage freelancers, contractors, and consultants at scale.
Prior to Work Market, Eric was recruited by Sears Holdings to join a small team focused on modernizing Sears installation and delivery business. These ideas allowed him to co-found and build a new company under the Sears umbrella later known as ServiceLive. While at ServiceLive he built the Service Provider Strategy and managed the acquisition of over 50,000 local service providers. He also co-authored submissions of three patents of which one has been approved.

Eric devoted most of his career with CompUSA’s (14 years) technical services group, growing from a Regional Service Director to National Director of Field Services. During this tenure he restructured the entire field service organization from a W-2 employment model to a contracted service provider network. These changes saved CompUSA millions of dollars and allowed fast expansion as a national service provider. Lead by Eric, his team managed service delivery for several national companies such as AT&T, Hewlett Packard, & DCAA. Hewlett Packard earned the JD Power and Associates Award for Highest Customer Satisfaction as a result of the high quality and performance of Eric’s team.

Eric is a results orientated business professional with a strong understanding of all aspects of Service delivery. He has proven the ability to build strong teams which produce great results and talent to excel in the corporate environment. He also served as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of The NetCommerce Company (Span2); the Chief Financial Officer of E3 Corporation with fourteen offices worldwide and a “Fast Tech 50” and “Atlanta 100” Company (acquired by JDA Software, Inc.); as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of FormMaker Software, Inc. (later DocuCorp International, Inc. (NASDQ), and acquired by Skywire Software, LLC) an “INC. 500”, “Atlanta Business Chronicle Top 25 Computer Company” and “National Fast 500 Technology” Company; and as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of American Technical Services Group, Inc., an “INC 500”, “Fast Tech 50” and “Atlanta 100” Company.
